Why does category matter?

Meta charges different rates for 'Marketing', 'Utility', and 'Authentication' templates. Selecting the wrong category can lead to either rejection or paying significantly higher fees than necessary.

Category Definitions

Utility: Specific updates about an ongoing transaction (Order shipped, Payment failed).
